I am mentioning the flat rent will be BDT 16,000.00 per month. And the advance money will be (BDT 16,000.00 for the first month rent + a security deposit money of BDT 16,000.00 an equivalent to one month rent)= BDT 32,000.00
Gas, & Electric bill will be separately paid by the tenant. And the flat owner's service charge is BDT 4000.00 per month inclusive with usages of water expense.
We are interested for a service holder gentle family with regular rent payer. Such a family can live in my flat for a long time also. AllAH HAFEZ.
